- Friday after 6:00 PM: 4-hour minimum

Your deposit is deducted from your total rental amount.
Example: If your total rental is $700 and you paid a $200 deposit, the remaining balance due is

- 20% service fee (driver gratuity)
- Fuel surcharge (based on your fuel bracket)
No. A mandatory 20% service fee is automatically added to every rental.
This service fee represents gratuity for the driver and is not included in the base rate.
- Up to 20 mile radius: $50 (standard fuel fee)
- 20–30 mile radius: $150
- 30-45 mile radius: $250
- Beyond 45 miles: Please call for a custom quote
Fuel mileage is calculated from our location at:

to the furthest point of travel on your route.
The remaining rental balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before your scheduled
pickup time.
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
Yes. All listed prices include applicable taxes. There are no additional tax charges added later.
- Smoking on board: $200
- Vomiting: $150–$200
- Excessive trashing: $50–$150
You may make an unlimited number of stops within your reserved rental time.
For rentals requested within 48 hours of the desired pickup time, availability is not guaranteed.

All online bookings are subject to final approval by DJ Party Bus Services management.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the rental: 50% of the rental rate is due
- Cancellation within 72 hours of the rental: Full rental amount is charged, including the 20% service fee
