OUR RATES
Fuel Surcharge is as follows:
*Radius is measured from our Location in NE Minneapolis. 211 St Anthony Parkway NE Minneapolis, MN 55418.
*Fuel Surcharge is a one-time fee.
*It is not included in the rate. To calculate your total rental cost, add fuel surcharge to the Rental rate.
*It allows you to travel inside the radius with unlimited stops throughout the duration of your rental.
* Each Fuel Surcharge tier has a link with attached map on our website to help understand your fuel area.
-20 mile radius is considered the Standard fuel fee of $50 Show Map
-30 mile radius is $150 Show Map
-45 mile radius is $250 Show Map
ANY RENTALS EXCEEDING 45-MILE RADIUS – CALL FOR QUOTE.
Minimum rentals are required after 6:00 pm on Friday (4-hour) and Saturday (5-hour). Deposit is
non-refundable.
Service Fee of 20% will be automatically added to every rental without exceptions. Service fee is
NOT included in the rate and it represents gratuity for the driver.
Deposit: Full- Size Buses- $200; Medium-Size Buses- $200; Mini-Size Buses- $100.
