Our driver Nick did an awesome job! He was fun yet professional, drove a nice smooth ride, worked well with our constantly changing plan, and even went above and beyond to do a head count for us when we would get back on the bus (I have never had a driver do that before with other companies).
The bus was clean, had great lighting for a fun atmosphere, and the sound system worked great. We just found our Spotify playlist on the iPad, no need to bring an aux cord. It was an awesome time!

FAQ

DO YOU REQUIRE MINIMUM RENTALS?

YES. FRIDAY AFTER 6PM – 4H RENTALS. SATURDAY AFTER 6PM – 5H RENTAL.

IS THERE A REQUIRED DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING A BUS?

YES, THERE IS DEPOSIT OF $100 FOR THE MINIBUS OR $200 FOR MEDIUM AND FULL-SIZE BUSES. THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO THE TOTAL RATE AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING DEPOSIT WORK?

YOUR BOOKING DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR RENTAL FEE. FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOUR RENTAL TOTAL IS $700 AND YOU PAID $200 DEPOSIT, YOUR BALANCE DUE IS $500.

HOW TO CALCULATE RENTAL TOTAL?

Rate for the bus and amount of hours you picked PLUS 20% gratuity for the driver PLUS fuel charge. All of this information can be found under “RATES”

WHAT IF I NEED A PARTY BUS TOMORROW?

For any rentals with a desired date and time within a 72-hour of booking, please call for availability. ALL rentals booked online are subject for approval by DJ Party Bus Services LLC and driver availability. Please book at least 72 hours prior rental start date and time.
DJ Party Bus Services LLC reserves the right to alter pick-up location as needed giving timely notice to the customer.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT?

NO, BUT YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE USED TO COVER THE COST OF ANY DAMAGES. A FEW EXAMPLES INCLUDE, BUT NO LIMITED TO, SMOKING ON BOARD ($200 FEE), VOMITING ($150-200), EXCESSIVE TRASHING ($50 -$150).

HOW DOES THE FUEL SURCHARGE WORK?

FUEL FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND WILL BE ADDED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR RATE.
-20 mile radius is considered the Standard fuel fee of $50
-30 mile radius is $150
-45 mile radius is $250
ANY RENTAL BEYOND 45 MILES MUST CALL FOR QUOTE.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO SETTLE UP MY RENTAL BALANCE?

RENTAL BALANCE IS TO BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 72-HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED RENTAL BALANCE INCLUDE RATE, FUEL AND 20% GRATUITY FOR THE DRIVER. CARD ON FILE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEBITED IF NO OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT METHOD IS ARRANGED PRIOR TO 72-H WINDOW.

IS THERE A TAX ON TOP OF MY RENTAL FEE?

All fees are included in the rate along with tax.

DO RATES INCLUDE GRATUITY FOR THE DRIVER?

SERVICE FEE OF 20% WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO EVERY RENTAL WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. SERVICE FEE IN NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE NAD IT REPRESENTS GRATUITY FOR THE DRIVER.

HOW MANY STOPS DO WE GET DURING OUR RENTAL?

UNLIMITED!

WHAT IF I CANCEL?

YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 72 HOURS LEADING UP TO THE SCHEDULED RENTAL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT INCLUDING 20% SERVICE FEE.
